Most local deliveries are completed within 3-5 business days, depending on delivery routes and order volume. Carrier shipments outside our local delivery zone will follow the carrier’s estimated transit time.

Customized or special orders may require additional production time, and the delivery timeline will be confirmed once the order details are finalized.

Yes, we offer both local delivery and bulk order discounts.
Free delivery is available within 50 miles of our Dallas warehouse (Farmers Branch, TX 75244). Orders $1,000+ qualify within 100 miles, and $2,000+ qualify within 200 miles.
Otherwise, a $5 per carton delivery fee applies. Orders beyond 200 miles ship via carrier rates.

For bulk purchases, additional discounts may be available. Please contact us before checkout to confirm the final pricing.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email help@meatpack.us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
