When Returns Are Accepted
You can request a return or replacement if:
- The wrong item or size was sent.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- There was a verified manufacturing issue.
Please note: Custom printed or special-order bags are non-returnable, unless the issue was caused by our production process.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at help@meatpack.us within 7 business day of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will review and provide simple return instructions if eligible.
- If your return is approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 business days after approval.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation and RA number.

Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll issue your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for wrong or defective items.
We’ll notify you by email once your refund is complete.

- Opened, used, repackaged & clearance items
- Products not in original condition
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
Exchanges for different sizes or quantities are available if stock allows. Contact Customer Service.
